Program Description
Advanced Bail Bonds ("we," "us," or "our") operates a text message program that sends operational notifications and account-related messages connected to bail bond applications submitted on advancedbailbonds.org. Messages include alerts about new applications and communications about an existing request.
How to Opt In
You opt in by providing your mobile number to us — for example, when you submit a bond application or give us your number to receive updates — and agreeing to receive text messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your activity and your role with us.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by, and payable to, your mobile service provider. We do not charge for the messages themselves.
Opt Out — Reply STOP
You can cancel the text message program at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again as you did the first time.
Help — Reply HELP
If you are experiencing problems, reply HELP to any message, or contact us at (719) 667-0600 for help.
Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Your privacy matters to us. See our Privacy Policy for how we collect, use, and protect your information. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or text-messaging consent with third parties for marketing purposes.
